It all started with my love of cooking and baking and of course of chocolates.
My production has grown so much over the past two years, that I felt the need of finding a way to share my creations with more chocolate enthusiasts. Don’t interpret this the wrong way: my family and friends haven’t got tired of savoring these and tasting the new recipes. A big part of my production still goes to them. But, as they started sharing them with their friends and colleagues, the requests on where to buy them kept increasing. So…why not?
Finding the best way to sell the chocolates took some time until I realized a Cottage Food Operation (CFO) was an option. It allows me to have my chocolate lab in my home and to sell directly to my customers either thru local deliveries, shipping in California or arranging a pick-up. So…here I come.

You’ll notice that I added a few cakes and pastries to my menu. I could not include my famous chocolate mousse because it’s not an approved CFO item but the canelés are and like for the chocolates, fans have been asking for them. So… here they come.
